Unlisted has today issued the attached Guidance Note to all Brokers advising that it has had most of the securities set up on NZ Clear and that the use of NZ Clear is recommended for the clearing and settlement of trades. This removes the need for paper based share transfer forms and improves the time taken to complete the settlement process.
